SC CodeDope SRL (“We”, “CodeDope”) with VAT registration number RO46441609 provides a wide range of digital services, including but not limited to web development (WordPress only), graphic design, writing, strategy, and other tasks mentioned on our website. Any other service not mentioned in our service list may or may not be performed, depending on whether we have the necessary expertise.
Our subscription operates on a fixed monthly, quarterly, or annual rate, without involving any contract. You can add as many task requests to the Trello task list as you want, they will be delivered sequentially, one after another. Once the subscription has expired, we stop any activity, even if that activity has not been completed, until the subscription is renewed.
Payments are made through the payment links we send and can be reused. The user assumes that if they have paid for the same subscription twice, we will offer the two combined subscriptions.
There are no refund cases, except for exceptional situations. The subscription can be stopped at any time, with no repercussions. To permanently delete your account, you need to contact us via email or the account manager.
You own 100% of the work we deliver. We reserve the right to use the projects we’ve done as a showcase, as long as there is no active NDA making them confidential.
Users of our services are obliged not to seek team members outside the administration panel and not to contact them for additional services, or of any kind. Any such issues will be resolved in court under the laws of the country from which the service provider provides those services. The beneficiary is responsible for ensuring that there are no information leaks if they add other members to Trello. Our users must be at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to select our customers.
For each client you refer, a 5% discount will be applied to the next subscription you purchase. This discount accumulates with the number of clients recommended.
SC CodeDope SRL reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions periodically for changes.
CodeDope uses a variety of technologies and programming languages to provide its services, including but not limited to: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, as well as the use of CMS like WordPress.
Your data security is extremely important to us. CodeDope implements robust security measures to protect user data and personal information. However, in the event of an information leak, the beneficiary is responsible for ensuring there are no information leaks if they add other members.
Please note that payments for our services may change at any time, at our discretion. We will try to notify you in advance regarding any changes to our rates.
These terms and conditions are subject to Romanian law. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Romania.
